Program and eligibility
AMC Farms Hay Stack Alerts is an internal notification program operated by AMC Farms LLC for designated staff who give consent. Automated messages notify participants when new hay stacks are added to AMC Ops Center and summarize newly recorded stacks and bales. Messages are sent from +1 (833) 269-5235. The program does not send marketing messages.
Enrollment and consent
Review these terms and the SMS Privacy Policy, then provide dated written consent using the staff consent form. Return the completed form directly to AMC's program administrator. AMC records consent before enrolling a mobile number.
You must be authorized to enroll the number you provide. Participation is voluntary, and supplying your phone number for another AMC purpose does not enroll you. Contact AMC if your number changes or you are no longer its authorized user.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with farm activity. The program checks hourly and sends only when new stacks are found, with at most one operational digest per hour. Enrollment confirmations or opt-out confirmations may be sent separately.
AMC charges no enrollment fee. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your carrier about its charges.
Opting out
Reply STOP to an alert to stop messages from the sending number. You may also contact AMC to withdraw consent. AMC will honor withdrawals promptly and remove the number from its active recipient list.
Resuming participation requires renewed consent and any carrier-required action to unblock the sender. AMC will not enroll you again solely because it still has your phone number.

Availability and changes
Message delivery and timing depend on Microsoft, mobile carriers, and service availability and are not guaranteed. These alerts are not an emergency service. Use AMC's normal operational communications when a message is urgent or an SMS does not arrive.
AMC may pause or discontinue the program or update these terms. Updated terms will appear here with a revised effective date; AMC will communicate material changes to enrolled staff through its normal staff communications.
Privacy
AMC handles phone numbers, consent records, and delivery records as described in the SMS Privacy Policy. AMC does not sell or share SMS opt-in information for third-party marketing.
